Jennifer Lucas proves that you don’t need much time to make a good impression. On a paralegal assignment, Jennifer’s positive attitude, tenacity, and skills transformed a 1-month assignment into a 4-month assignment.
In her transition, her job duties changed, but Jennifer did not miss a beat adapting, even catching the eye of the Managing Partner of the firm.
Jennifer’s representatives at Washington DC Adams & Martin Group (a division of Roth Staffing Companies) are quick to praise the excellent work and flexibility that she has shown. On assignment, Jennifer has done some amazing investigative work, helping both the firm and its clients. She has shown persistence in securing sensitive documents, and built a good rapport with clients. She built an organized system, and demonstrated her trustworthiness.
According to the AMG team in D.C., Jennifer is a licensed attorney in Virginia who was turned off by practicing law and wanted to be a paralegal. However, after her experience as an Ambassador, she has regained her passion for being a lawyer.
“I am grateful that I have had the opportunity to experience her professionalism,” says Branch Manager Christopher Jones. “I’d like to thank Jennifer for her dedication to her assignment and for being the consummate professional.”
