A Blog for Clients

Dear Santa… What our Ambassadors, Customers and Coworkers are asking for this Holiday Season!

Letters to Santa Claus are as much a part of the holiday season as gifts and caroling.  Every year, children enjoy penning their wish lists to Santa, mailing them off, and waiting with bated breath by the tree to see what Santa brings them! With this cherished tradition in mind, Roth Staffing Companies features three Dear Santa letters from (1) a coworker, (2) a customer, and (3) an Ambassador (a temporary employee who represents Roth Staffing while on assignment).

What are Ambassadors, customers, and coworkers asking for this holiday season?  Read on to find out!

Dear Santa,

I want nothing more for the holidays than to find not just a job, but a career.  Working with a manager that cares about my career path and success would make me so happy!  If I just had the chance to succeed, I could show how passionate I am about creating remarkable experiences.

Sincerely,

Ambassador Annie

Dear Santa,

My workforce is the most important factor to my organization’s success.  I would love to find employees who possess the skills and passion to succeed at the office… and it’s not just about hard skills.  My team is a tight-knit group and we all get along great.  Could you send an employee or two who fit into the organizational culture?

Sincerely,

Customer Carl

Dear Santa,

Workplace recognition makes me feel appreciated—this holiday season, might I ask for more? I am also continuously looking for ways to be better at my job, as there is always room for improvement.  While you’re leaving things under the tree, please don’t forget to include a training program or two!

Sincerely,

Coworker Christine

“Stocking stuffer” secret: Roth Staffing’s comprehensive research and surveys have uncovered that employees across all industries and geographies crave challenging, meaningful work; aside from (and even more so than) compensation, that is a top cause of workplace engagement.  At Roth Staffing Companies, we understand that if coworkers aren’t passionate about our company and what we do, no one else will be.

Our award-winning culture has been recognized both within and outside of the staffing industry!  We are one of only five staffing firms in the U.S. to be named a “Best Staffing Firm to Work For” and have earned the honor for four consecutive years!  In addition, Roth Staffing earned the 50 Most Engaged Workplaces Award by Achievers and “Best Place to Work” Gold Award by the Best in Biz Awards, recognizing us as the #1 top workplace in the nation among companies of all sizes and in all industries.
