Roth Staffing Companies, L.P., is the parent company of three specialized staffing divisions:

• Ultimate Staffing Services specializes in the placement of administrative assistants, customer service, human resources specialists, office managers and a wide range of office service positions as well as some light industrial.
• Ledgent provides accounting and finance professionals.
• Adams & Martin Group provides legal professionals.

Our scope of services includes providing temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire staffing solutions to over 10,000 businesses in 22 states and the District of Columbia. One of our core competencies lies in the On-Premise management of a large contingent workforce, a major part of our business model.
