In an article titled “Best Staffing Firms to Work For Can Be Your Best Suppliers Too,” Staffing Industry Analysts explained why their “Best Staffing Firm to Work For” list should matter to customers.
“[Placing on the list is] an honor, yes, but it’s not just about the prestige,” says Staffing Industry Analysts’ Editorial Director Subadhra Sriram. “The true business value is the low employee turnover and high customer retention. Over the last decade, research has corroborated the positive benefits of treating employees well. Taking care of internal workers helps outperform the competition.”
Sriram also points out that customers benefit when they work with “Best Staffing Firm” winners because “the secret to a great workplace is simple: trust. Buyers can get a look at the winners and get a feel of the staffing company’s culture. Partnering with a vendor that takes care of its workers [with perks like] flexible work schedules and close C-suite involvement bodes well for business.”
Staffing Industry Analysts even interviewed customers of this year’s winners about their experiences working with a Best Staffing Firm to Work For. “They say that the distinction is evident in the positive attitude and drive, which carries forward to how they provide the service in the first place. Clients turn to staffing firms like this first when they have a critical need and these firms receive seven times more resumes their opponents.”
The “Best Staffing Firm to Work For” awards program is sponsored by Monster® and is conducted for Staffing Industry Analysts by Quantum Workplace, a firm that specializes in analyzing employee engagement. Quantum Workplace ranked the top staffing firms in multiple size categories based upon survey results from participants’ internal coworkers and temporary employees. The surveys questioned workers about employee engagement factors ranging from employee benefits to organizational communication.
Of 17,000 nationwide staffing firms, only five receive the designation of “Best Staffing Firms to Work For.” In addition to receiving “Best Staffing Firm to Work For” honors, Roth Staffing Companies also placed on Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Best Staffing Firms to Temp/Contract For” list, which consists of only four companies. Quantum Workplace determined the winners using objective survey data from temporary employees.
In fact, Roth Staffing Companies, L.P.® is the only staffing firm to win all four of the industry’s top awards this year, including both Staffing Industry Analysts’ “Best Staffing Firm” awards and Inavero and CareerBuilder’s “Best of Staffing” awards. This is the second year that the company has accomplished this.
