Inavero Highlights How Its Best of Staffing™ Winners Provide Higher Quality Service and Talent Compared to the Rest of the Industry

Roth Staffing Companies’ unprecedented feat of being the only staffing firm to receive all of the industry’s top awards in 2013 means tangible benefits for its staffing clients according to Inavero.  This is the third consecutive year that Roth Staffing has received both of Inavero’s Best of Staffing™—Client and Best of Staffing™—Talent honors.

Inavero, the world’s leading provider of client and job satisfaction research for staffing companies, partnered with CareerBuilder to analyze the reasons why Best of Staffing™ winners have been proven to deliver higher quality service and talent than the remaining 17,000 staffing companies in the U.S.  Inavero and CareerBuilder revealed that four factors differentiate Roth Staffing Companies and their fellow Best of Staffing winners from the rest of the industry—lower turnover of internal staff, focus on culture and quality, proactive quality control, and exceptional responsiveness.

While the average staffing firm sees approximately 21% internal turnover, Best of Staffing winners exhibit less than 10%.  This enables the top staffing firms to cultivate long-term, dedicated relationships with their clients and temporary employees (Roth Staffing’s “Ambassadors”).

In fact, developed relationships and dedicated internal coworkers can lead to better communication between staffing firms and their clients and candidates.  Research conducted by Inavero and CareerBuilder found that less than 25% of staffing firms maintain policies to communicate with their clients and candidates a few days prior to the start of an assignment despite 75% admitting that this communication is crucial to customer satisfaction.  In addition, a mere 25% of staffing clients report that they receive a response within two hours of notifying their staffing firm of a problem.  Overall, Best of Staffing winners have proactive quality control measures in place, follow up with their clients and temporary employees regularly, and emphasize prompt problem resolution time more often than their unlisted counterparts.

The best staffing firms also realize the significance of finding quality candidates that fit clients’ workplace culture.  Inavero and CareerBuilder state that “Best of Staffing winners were 33% more likely to list ‘culture fit’ as one of the three most important attributes of a successful placement compared to those who didn’t make the list.”  Essentially, preeminent staffing firms seek to deliver candidates that not only possess the skills that clients need, but also jive with their company culture in order to produce quality placements that satisfy both clients and candidates.

Attention to all four factors launches the nation’s most capable staffing firms onto Inavero’s Best of Staffing lists, which contain staffing firms that achieve satisfaction scores of more than double the industry average.  According to CareerBuilder and Inavero, “This stark contrast in scores is a clear indication that the firms who have earned their way onto the 2013 Best of Staffing lists truly stand out for their service quality […] This year’s lists highlight a growing divide among the industry’s leaders and laggards.”
