Roth Staffing Companies Launches “High Five” Charity Campaign to Benefit Children Nationwide

Roth Staffing Companies, L.P. announced the “High Five” campaign to make life better for children across the U.S. as the focus of its Purpose:full charity initiative in 2015.  Called “High Five” because of its Five Goals in 2015, the initiative focuses on programs that support kids:

1.      500,000+ Meals

Donating more than 500,000 meals toward ending childhood hunger;

2.      50,000 Dollars

Contributing more than $50,000 to non-profit organizations that help children, accomplished through business donations made by each local Roth Staffing office across the U.S.;

3.      5,000 Hours

Coworkers volunteering more than 5,000 hours to community causes through the company’s sponsored Community Giving Days (entire teams) and its Volunteer Program (individuals granted up to 4 workday hours per quarter to volunteer);

4.      50 Charities

The collective efforts of achieving Goals #2 and #3 will result in supporting more than 50 community charities in local markets across the United States; and

5.      5 National Awareness Campaigns

Leveraging the resources of a national marketing team and the network of nationwide branch offices to launch 5 awareness campaigns that spread information about issues impacting children and inspire a call to action.

“At Roth Staffing Companies, we understand that our business provides a platform for us to make life better for people—not just by what we do in the office each day, but what we can do in our communities as well,” says President & COO Adam Roth.  “As a company we made it our mission in 2014 to focus our Purpose:full charity initiative on donating more than 1 million meals to help end childhood hunger in the U.S.  We surpassed our goal by 150% thanks to the cohesive efforts of coworkers, business customers, and Ambassadors—the temporary employees who represent Roth Staffing—and this year, we hope to achieve the same success with our ‘High Five’ program.  The coworkers of Roth Staffing are passionate about doing good things and it’s a privilege to see them make life better for others at work and in their community.”

Roth Staffing has accrued a reputation for community involvement both nationwide and within regional markets throughout the country.  In 2014, the American Staffing Association (ASA) awarded Roth Staffing Companies an ASA Care Award for Corporate Social Responsibility in honor of its Purpose:full charity initiative.  The Orange County Register of Orange County, California (the headquarters of Roth Staffing) also recognized the company with a Social Responsibility Medallion Award in conjunction with its #1 Top Workplace in Orange County award in the midsize company category.
