Roth Staffing Companies is proud to announce that Regional Vice President, Loney Roberts, has been promoted to Vice President of Vertical Sales. Loney will be responsible for the sales strategies within vertical markets nationally to diversify Roth Staffing’s market presence and to help provide industry-specific strategic solutions to mid-size and large business customers.
As Roth Staffing Companies experiences national growth in size and presence, Roth has taken a promotion initiative to better align with the needs of its individual branches, the talents of its current senior leadership, and meet the growing demand of its clients.
In his new role, Loney will build and oversee all strategic enterprise level partnerships, including Vendor On-Premise and Vendor Management System accounts (VMS). Loney will preside over the hiring, training and the development of Strategic Sales Account Executives (SSAEs) and will be overseeing the Directors of Strategic Solutions (DSSs).
With 13 years of prior staffing experience, Loney started at Roth Staffing Companies as a Market Director over the Las Vegas Market in 2008, and was promoted to Regional Vice President in 2011. Serving as an influential leader, his contributions to the organization have been impressive and he has been instrumental in the growth of some of Roth’s top branches. Loney’s influence has spread nationwide to markets including Orange County, San Diego, Nevada, Oregon, Minnesota, Illinois, and Missouri.
