New Survey Shows Employee Confidence is Indecisive

Recent economy and financial market volatility is wavering employee confidence, according to a recent survey by Glassdoor.

More than half of employed adults and nearly all unemployed job seekers believe recent volatility will affect their career, current employment or job search. Workers also anticipate little change in their pay, with one-third of employees expecting a pay raise in the next 12 months.

On a positive note, however, employed adults are showing more confidence in keeping their jobs, with 16% saying they were concerned about layoffs.
