Roth Staffing Companies Promotes Alicia Corona to Market Vice President

Roth Staffing Companies is proud to announce that Alicia Corona has been promoted to Market Vice President. The role is a new position for Roth Staffing Companies, designated to oversee an expansive geographic area and multiple large market locations.

As Roth Staffing Companies experiences national growth in size and presence, Roth has taken a promotion initiative to better align with the needs of its individual branches, the talents of its current senior leadership, and meet the growing demand of its clients. The Market Vice President position was created to support Roth’s recent growth.

Along with her new responsibilities, Alicia will continue to oversee various Northern and Central California markets and some of Roth’s largest On-Premise client accounts. Alicia will also work alongside Market Manager Tim Conboy and the Fresno, CA team.

Within her 17 years at Roth, Alicia has transitioned from Area Manager to Market Manager to Market Director and will now take on her new role as Market Vice President. One of Roth’s Northern California pioneers, Alicia helped sell, implement, and manage more On-Premise and enterprise accounts than any other region in the country. Alicia has been able to implement her own knowledge and talents to build amazing teams across the Bay Area and one of the most successful markets in the company.

Described as a talented, creative industry professional with an intense work ethic, Alicia embodies Roth’s company Purpose and core Values effortlessly. She is quick to recognize and promote teamwork, and has immense passion and skill for Roth’s business.
