9/80 Flex Schedules:
We are happy to offer a 9/80 flex schedule. Coworkers have the opportunity to work 80 hours over the course of 9 days, rather than 10. This gives them every other Friday off, that’s 26 three day weekends a year!

Community Giving Program
Every Roth employee receives paid community service hours and various avenues to give back to local communities. In 2016, Roth partnered with the American Heart Association to raise money and awareness, investing more than $750,000 into our communities via donations and more than 10,000 business hours spent volunteering.
As we said earlier, we believe in the health and well-being of our employees. Our health initiatives include gym memberships, wellness webinars, financial wellness programs, and life insurance policies to name a few.
San Diego Ultimate team shows by example. Kimberly’s team is so active, nice, and friendly. They really work towards the same goal, have other divisions in mind, and have good communication. Their response rate is superb with our team and any candidate referrals. They are always sending me referrals and leads! I am constantly impressed with their friendly emails, collaboration efforts, and efficiency. A huge thank you to this team for proving that working together is making life better for the people we serve and our co-workers. Thank you Kimberly and team-you rock!
I recently got a new client that is a huge user of staffing services. I was extremely excited to win this client and couldn’t wait to start working for them. The hiring manager said all we needed to do was our simple two-page contract and everything would move smoothly. Long story short- we ended up needing to complete an MSA with the client. By the time their HR department let us know about this, we already had two Ambassadors scheduled to start the following week. We ended up postponing their start dates twice, but thanks to [our Contracts Specialist,] Dana’s diligence, our two Ambassadors started working for the new client with only a one week delay! The HR manager told me that their MSAs normally take between 3 and 6 weeks to complete if there are any redlines and there were several! Thanks to Dana’s efforts, we got that MSA completed in one week! The HR manager said that has never happened and she really appreciate how involved with the process I was and how great the communications were going back and forth! I could not have communicated so effectively if Dana wasn’t communicating with me! Thank you Dana!! You rock!!!
An Ambassador came into the St. Louis office today to drop something off (he could have mailed it but wanted to ensure it arrived to the office safe). When he arrived, our Director of Strategic Solutions shook his hand to find it bitter cold (it is only 9 degrees today in St. Louis). He explained that his truck had no heat and that he thought he had dressed enough for the bitter cold. She got him something warm to drink and proceeded to go to her car and give him a pair of mittens she had and a sweater. Needless to say, he was so grateful. She didn’t think twice about this- it is just who she is. What an incredible example of our company Purpose, ‘To make life better for the people we serve.
Today’s meeting was a good reminder for me that I have been meaning to send you a note to say how wonderful our Marketing Project Manager is, even though you already know that! She is super helpful and knowledgeable in general but specifically on the RFPs I have worked on, she has proactively volunteered to help me with things (printing, labels, scans, hole-punching, etc.), recognized the urgency of deadlines (you know how things get crazy the day it’s due to ship), and just really gone out of her way to make sure I have everything I need to meet the deadline. I joke that she’s “aggressively helpful” but really it’s that she’s genuinely helpful – what she delivers consistently is not just “lip service” help (the pretending to want to help but then not doing anything) but really seeing the big picture and understanding there are myriad details to finish up in a short period of time, and jumping in to be a true team player. She is a treasure and I love working with her! She gets it in so many ways!
Just want to let you know that the training team at Roth is amazing! My degree is in Workforce Education, Training & Development/Instructional Systems Design. I have designed and facilitated numerous trainings throughout my career and the team at Roth is outstanding (definitely the best team I have ever been trained by and probably better than any team I have been on)! Roth and every new co-worker that starts under the Roth family of companies are lucky to have each of you on the team! I appreciate how each of you really gets every co-worker involved on each and every call. The feedback that we get is always honest & constructive. Furthermore the feedback is always something that we can use immediately to help progress our desk and make us better at this job. Thank you for all you and the rest of your team do.
I wanted to tell you how impressed I am with the Branch Manager here! She is amazing! I have never been made to feel so welcomed and special by her (and the other ladies in the office), on a first day of employment anywhere! She has spent more time with me, training me, and showing me the ropes, more in the two days that I have been here, than any other new employer ever did! I am so blessed to be here.
