Orange, CA – July 7. 2015 – Roth Staffing Companies, L.P. was named one of Orange County’s Best Places to Work by the Orange County Business Journal. When an organization’s sole purpose is to make life better for the people it serves, it begins within.
The Best Places to Work program is hosted by the OC Business Journal and the Best Companies Group. The selection process consists of a two part survey experience. In the first, the employer gives information about the company’s policies, practices, benefits, and demographics. In the second, employees participate in an engagement and satisfaction survey based on their employer’s leadership, planning, culture, training, pay and benefits, and other areas.
Through these surveys, Roth Staffing was able to boast about its various programs and initiatives, such as its 9/80 Flex Schedule and From the Heart coworker engagement program. The company’s High Five campaign is on track to achieve 5 community service goals to help kids in local communities including the donation of 500,000 meals to end child hunger in the U.S., contributing $50,000 to local non-profits, volunteering more than 5,000 hours, supporting at least 50 charities, and launching 5 awareness campaigns.
Roth Staffing’s executive team is incredibly humbled and honored. “We are passionate about connecting our Ambassadors with career opportunities where they cannot only earn a living, but create experiences that make life better for them,” said Staci Johnson, VP of Marketing at Roth Staffing Companies. “We are able to impact lives because we are passionate about our company and our role within the staffing industry.”
Roth has been recognized as one of Orange County’s Best Places to Work in 2014, 2013, and 2012. The final ranking list of the Best Places to Work in Orange County will be published in the July 27th issue of the Orange County Business Journal.
