Staffing Industry Analysts, a global advisor on contingent work and a leading voice of the staffing industry, recognized Roth Staffing based on anonymous survey feedback from internal coworkers and the temporary employees the organization places on assignment. The program, sponsored by Monster®, measured key engagement factors including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.

This is Roth’s sixth consecutive win for the “Best Staffing Firms to Work For” honor and third time being designated as “Best Staffing Firm to Temp For.” Roth Staffing is the only office/admin large firm to receive both accolades and one of only four staffing firms to receive the Best Staffing Firms To Temp For in all of North America.
