Inclusion & Diversity

Roth Staffing’s 2nd Core Value:

“Respect the dignity and worth of every individual and act accordingly.”

In 1994 with one small office in Newport Beach, CA and a vision to change the way the staffing industry does business, our mission, vision and values were established. By keeping these philosophies at the forefront of everything we did, success soon followed, with our values serving as a north star, for our past, present and future.

Today, it’s all about the journey.
We recognize that we have a unique opportunity to do something special; to celebrate our differences and create a culture of inclusion.

Celebrating Diversity

At Roth Staffing, we proudly take steps to assure that persons are recruited, hired, assigned and promoted without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, military or veteran status, or any other factor protected by federal, state or local law.

With a core value rooted in respect and dignity, Roth Staffing proudly celebrates our differences and builds upon our unique strengths to create a culture of inclusion.

Flexibility, Wellness & Balance

At our company, not one size fits all. We offer a variety of work-life balance options for different positions at the company. Some of those options include, 9/80 Flex Schedule, Relax and Decompress (RAD) Days and early closure days before holidays. Additionally, we proudly support health and wellness initiatives, that enhance our coworker’s quality of life.

9/80 Flex Schedule

Eligible branches have the opportunity to work 80 hours over the course of 9 days, rather than 10. This gives coworkers every other Friday off, that’s 26 three day weekends a year! The flex schedule is designed to provide a better balance of all aspects of your life, maximize results and productivity, and maintain perspective.
