Pam joined Roth Staffing Companies in March 1998, opening the Northern California market as a Regional Manager for Ultimate Staffing Services. From the beginning, she demonstrated exceptional leadership and a remarkable ability to grow the business while embodying the company’s core values.
With over 40 years of staffing industry experience, Pam has an extraordinary talent for infusing energy into every team she leads, creating environments rooted in friendliness, caring, knowledge, and trust. She has built enduring staffing partnerships and inspired the minds and careers of countless coworkers, making her an essential part of Roth Staffing’s history and success.
In 2006, Pam was named President of Ultimate Staffing Services, Roth Staffing’s specialized business line focused on administrative, office, customer service, HR, sales, manufacturing & production talent, and managed services. She was promoted to Senior Vice President of Roth Staffing Companies in 2010, where she oversaw branch, market, and regional operations for the company’s two largest business lines across major U.S. markets.
In 2012, Pam was named Executive Vice President, taking on oversight of all field operations and driving alignment and constructive collaboration across business lines and geographies. Her strategic leadership strengthened communication, improved collaboration, and advanced operational excellence nationwide.
In 2022, Pam was elevated to President of Roth Staffing Companies, reflecting her profound impact on the organization and her continued role in shaping the company’s culture, strategy, and nationwide success.
Pam’s achievements have earned significant industry recognition, including the Gold Stevie® Award for Women Executive of the Year from the American Business Awards in 2016, and consistent accolades since 2022 on SIA’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list.
