At Roth Staffing, we take pride not only in the work we do at the company but also in the programs and opportunities we are involved in outside our work that serve the community. That’s why when one of our coworkers accomplishes something exciting, we like to share the news.
We are thrilled to announce that Charlie Fields, Branch Manager of the Denver Adams and Martin Group has been selected to be a board member of the Colorado LGBTQ+ Bar Association!
The Colorado Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender and Queer (“LGBTQ”) Bar Association is a voluntary professional association of LGBTQ+ and allied attorneys, judges, paralegals, law students, and other legal professionals living and working in Colorado who provide a sense of community and belonging to LGBTQ+ individuals in the legal field.
This organization promotes the recognition of civil and human rights, encourages sensitivity to legal issues faced by the LGBTQ community, assures the fair and just treatment of members of the LGBTQ community, provides opportunities for LGBTQ attorneys, judges, law students and allies to interact in a professional setting, builds alliances with other diversity bar associations and legal organizations and enhances the practice and professional expertise of lawyers who serve or who are members of the LGBTQ community.
Charlie is extremely enthusiastic about his new endeavor. “I am humbled and excited to embark on this meaningful journey as Chair of the Membership Committee. I am also thrilled to contribute to fostering an inclusive legal community where every voice is heard, and diversity is celebrated. Grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact.”

More on the Colorado LGBTQ+ Bar Association
The Colorado LGBTQ+ Bar Association is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization that was founded in 1993 and celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2023. It is one of the state’s smaller minority bars but continues to grow in size and visibility. Membership has more than doubled in the past few years and members receive free admission to certain LGBTQ+ Bar Association events and have exclusive access to the Colorado LGBTQ+ Bar Association listserv, job announcements, event information, referrals, and discussions of various legal topics affecting the LGBTQ+ Community.
Law students also have access to a mentor/mentee program and opportunities to attend sponsored educational events at both the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and CU Boulder Law School. Law students are encouraged to join the Colorado LGBTQ+ Bar Association for free. Students from CU – Boulder Law and DU Law also sit on our Board as advisory members.
