Roth Staffing Companies ranks among the highest-scoring businesses on Inc. Magazine’s Annual List of Best Workplaces for 2021! Inc. Magazine’s list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of American companies that have created exceptional workplaces and company culture whether teams are operating in person or remotely.
This year, the list of entries was the most competitive Inc. Magazine has ever seen. There was data collected from thousands of submissions and Roth Staffing was one of the 429 honorees recognized this year. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey that was conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth. The company’s benefits were also audited to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.

This recognition from Inc. magazine is the most recent accolade for Roth Staffing’s workplace culture. The company has also been ranked on Fortune’s Best Workplaces list for Women, Diversity, Professional Services, Giving Back, and Millennials. In 2021, Roth Staffing was named one of the “Best Staffing Firms to Work For” by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as well as “Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction” and “Best of Staffing Talent Satisfaction” by ClearlyRated.
