Roth Staffing Companies ranks on not one but three lists by Forbes! Roth Staffing, which includes our five specialized staffing business lines, has been recognized on the Forbes list of America’s Best Recruiting and Temporary Staffing Firms 2022.
We are one of a shortlist of 21 firms (out of 500) to rank in all three categories including Executive Search, Professional and Specialist Search & Temp Staffing. This prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.
The list is divided into three major categories:
- Executive Search – Recruiting firms that place managers in permanent positions with an annual gross income of more than $100,000
- Professional and Specialist Search – Recruiting firms that place professionals in permanent positions with an annual gross income up to $100,000
- Temp Staffing – Providers of temporary workers and contract positions, excluding interim management positions
Roth Staffing is ecstatic to be recognized on the Forbes list of America’s Best Recruiting and Temporary Staffing Firms 2022.

The award ranking is based on an independent survey of peers and clients. Feedback from external recruiters, hiring managers at client companies, and job candidates were considered. Around 31,000 recruiters and 6,900 job candidates and hiring managers were invited to participate. Approximately 22,400 nominations have been considered in the final analysis. The awards list was announced on May 3, 2022 and can currently be viewed on the Forbes website.
