Roth Staffing takes home a big win by being recognized among the highest-scoring businesses on Inc. Magazine’s Annual List of Best Workplaces for 2023. The company also took home a special category award – Enduring Impact: 15+ years in business.
Featured in the May/June 2023 issue, hitting newsstands on May 16, 2023, and prominently featured on Inc.com, the list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether operating in a physical or a virtual facility.
After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 591 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.
“We are so proud of how our culture continues to evolve. The passion our coworkers share for creating remarkable experiences makes us who we are,” said Adam Roth, CEO of Roth Staffing Companies. “That’s why a recognition like this is so special and also humbling. We never stop listening, which sets a great foundation to foster a sense of belonging and coworker satisfaction in the years to come.”
“Being named to Best Workplaces is an honor that only a small fraction of companies have been able to claim,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Proving to the world that you’re a magnet for talent and have a culture that keeps teams engaged, productive, and proud to come to work is a truly remarkable achievement.”
Roth Staffing has also been ranked on Fortune’s Best Workplaces list for Diversity, Medium Workplaces, Millennials, PEOPLE Companies that Care and Professional Services and Women. In 2023, Roth Staffing was ranked #1 of the “Best Staffing Firms to Work For” by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as well as “Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction” and “Best of Staffing Talent Satisfaction” by ClearlyRated.
