It’s been a great start to 2022! For the twelfth consecutive year, Roth Staffing is thrilled to be awarded both the Best of Staffing® Client Award and Best of Staffing® Talent Award by ClearlyRated. ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Award winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based entirely on ratings provided by their clients and candidates.
Taking a deeper dive into the win, Roth Staffing’s specialized business line, Ultimate Staffing, won Best of Staffing Client and the Best of Staffing Client 10 Year Diamond Award. This award is special because winners who earned the 10 Year Diamond Award distinction have won the Best of Staffing Award for at least 10 years in a row, consistently earning industry-leading satisfaction scores from their clients. Of those firms that have participated in the 2022 Best of Staffing program, only 13% have earned the 10 Year Diamond Award.
Roth Staffing’s other business lines – Ledgent Finance & Accounting, Adams & Martin Group,Ledgent Technology, and Ultimate Staffing – have each individually won and Best of Staffing Talent Awards this year for providing superior service to candidates and Ambassadors (our term for the temporary employees we place with our customers). Ledgent Finance & Accounting, Adams & Martin Group and Ultimate Staffing also took home the Best of Staffing Talent 10 Year Diamond Award for providing superior service to their candidates for at least 10 consecutive years.
For the Best of Staffing Talent 10 Year Diamond Award, on average, job seekers who work with winning firms are twice as likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those placed by non-winning firms. Winners who earned the 10 Year Diamond Award distinction have won the Best of Staffing Award for at least 10 years in a row, consistently earning industry-leading satisfaction scores from their candidates. Of those firms that have participated in the 2022 Best of Staffing program, only 16% have earned the 10 Year Diamond award.
Roth Staffing continues to score anywhere from 2.5-3 times above the industry average for both their Client and Talent scores.
