Brett Roth joined Roth Staffing Companies in 2008 after he received his degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Northeastern University. Starting in the organization as a recruiter in Roth Staffing’s Corporate office, while developing a business plan for the launch of Ledgent Technology.
Brett launched Ledgent Technology in 2009, a specialized business line focused the placement of IT professionals. He served as Director of Ledgent Technology for four years, expanding the business line’s footprint into new markets. In 2013, Brett was promoted to Vice President of Ledgent Technology, overseeing all the business line’s branches and continued growth throughout the U.S. In 2018, Brett was again promoted to Senior Vice President of Roth Staffing Companies where he continues to lead Ledgent Technology and spearheads many companywide initiatives that improve service and communications to both Ambassadors and clients. Specifically, his role in launching the Roth Staffing Service Values allows the company to continually provide the best Ambassador experience in the industry which is validated by ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Talent Award and several recognitions throughout the years on the Staffing Industry Analyst list of Best Staffing Firms to Temp For. In 2020, Brett expanded his responsibilities beyond field sales and recruitment to oversee both corporate marketing, training and development, and the talent engagement teams.
