Julie Hagan-Belka
Senior Vice President of Professional Services
With a successful career in professional staffing since 1996, Julie Hagan-Belka joined Roth Staffing Companies in 2004 as an Area Manager for Ledgent Finance & Accounting. In this role, she oversaw branches in Sacramento and Las Vegas while also launching new branches in Northern California. Her strong leadership and business acumen quickly became evident, and in 2005 she was promoted to Regional Manager, growing her region into one of the highest performing in the company.
Building on this success, Julie was promoted in 2007 to oversee Ledgent Finance & Accounting across the U.S. In 2010, she was elevated to Senior Vice President for Roth Staffing’s professional lines of business—including Ledgent Finance & Accounting, Ledgent Technology, and the company’s legal business line, Adams & Martin Group.
A beloved and inspiring leader, Julie blends a strong drive for results with a warm, fun, and approachable management style that resonates throughout the organization. Her leadership has significantly increased coworker engagement. Julie has said, “Our coworkers, including me, are excited to come to work each day and be a part of something that is so special and unique in our industry. We have found a way to strike a balance between flexibility and results, and our coworker engagement has soared.”
Based in the Greater Sacramento area, Julie is deeply committed to the Rancho Cordova community where she grew up and still lives nearby with her husband and four rescue dogs. She enjoys leveraging her leadership strength by serving on numerous boards, the Cordova Community Council ( previous Vice President), Easter Seals of Superior California (past Chairman), and Rancho Cordova Food Locker (Vice President). She founded the Hometown Heroes Award for the Rancho Cordova Rotary Foundation and, alongside her husband, created the Rancho Cordova Community Golf Classic in 2016, an event that has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for organizations such as the Rancho Cordova Food Locker, the Cordova Community Council, Rancho Cordova Police Activities League, Easter Seals of Superior California and many others.
In 2024, Julie was honored by the Cordova Community Council as Rancho Cordovan of the Year, recognizing her extraordinary impact and longstanding commitment to the community she proudly serves.
