Mimi Taylor is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Roth Staffing Companies, where she plays a vital role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction. She oversees Accounting, Finance, Credit & Collections, and Payroll, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement of the company’s financial processes. Inspired by Roth Staffing’s award‑winning workplace culture, Mimi joined the company in 2014 after a decade as CFO of a large petroleum distribution organization, where she was recognized as Private Company CFO of the Year (2007). With 40 years of experience in accounting and finance, Mimi has worked across a diverse range of industries, including insurance, distribution, and manufacturing. Her expertise includes leading large to midsized privately held, multicompany enterprises with emphasis in strategic planning, capital management, operational efficiencies, mergers and acquisitions, IT integration, and corporate tax.

Highly respected within the finance community, Mimi is known for her collaborative approach and passion for developing fellow professionals. She is actively involved with Financial Executives International and has been consistently honored as an Orange County Business Journal CFO of the Year and Women in Business nominee for her contributions to the profession and business community.
