30 Years of Growth, Success, Achievement …and Fun!

Roth Staffing opened its doors on August 15, 1994, in a small office with a one-year lease – and a vision of being different and better while also contributing to society. In Founder and Chairman Ben Roth’s words, “We never sought to be the biggest but focused on being the best!”

This year, we are proud to celebrate a momentous occasion – three decades of dedication, growth, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Creating an Enriching Culture for Our Coworkers

Our volunteering programs keep our coworkers engaged and give all of us an opportunity to do good. We are thrilled to offer company-paid awareness and community service hours to support their efforts.

Roth Staffing has partnerships with Girls. In 2020 we started our Coworker Resource Groups (CRGs) as a place to provide support, create a sense of belonging and a foundation for advocacy and connection to make the workplace a safe and enjoyable place. These groups foster connections through thoughtful and meaningful conversations, sharing, and also mentorship among coworkers and allies.

Celebrating the Big 3-0!

It should come as no surprise that we’re having even more fun during our company’s 30th anniversary month. To celebrate, we got everyone together for a virtual trivia game about the history of Roth Staffing and had a special Q&A with our founder. Our teams from all over the country hosted events and informal meet-ups and spent the time together cherishing all the moments they have spent working together as a team and forming incredible friendships over the years.

Members of our Phoenix team celebrated lunch together.

None of this would have been possible without the support, dedication and trust of our loyal coworkers and partners—past and present. It’s because of the people we work alongside every day that brings forward our hard work, passion, and unwavering commitment to excellence.  It’s the heart and soul of what we do…and we love doing it.

Here’s to the next 30 years of innovation, growth, and success!
