Communication, especially in a remote work environment, is crucial. Whether you are in an interview or in a virtual team meeting, communicating clearly will help you have efficient conversations, whether it’s speaking up in a meeting or communicating clearly in email or chat formats. Your strong communication skills will include the ability to give thoughtful responses, foster engagement and reduce any confusion that may occur.
