Pam Sexauer

Joining Roth Staffing Companies in March 1998, Pam opened the Northern California market as a Regional Manager for Ultimate Staffing Services and rapidly displayed the ability to grow our business while embodying the ideals of our company.

Pam knows how to infuse energy and lay the foundation for friendly, caring, knowledgeable and trustworthy teams. She has been developing staffing partnerships and actively engaging the minds of those she works with for nearly 40 years, with 24 of those years here at Roth Staffing Companies. She is an integral part of the organization’s history and success.

In 2006, Pam was named President of Ultimate Staffing Services, our business line focused on delivering quality administrative, office, customer service, HR, sales, manufacturing & production talent, and managed services. She was promoted to Senior Vice President of Roth Staffing Companies in 2010, where she was responsible for overseeing branch, market, and regional operations for our two largest lines of business in designated U.S. markets. In 2012, Pam was named Executive Vice President. In this role, Pam oversees all of Roth Staffing’s field operations under her executive leadership, creating synergy across business lines and greater communication among all regions in the U.S.

In 2016, Pam was recognized for her achievements by receiving a Gold “Stevie” Award from the American Business Awards for their Women Executive of the Year. Pam’s indefatigable energy, caring and drive to everything she does and enlivens the Roth culture every day.

Brett Roth

Brett Roth joined Roth Staffing Companies in 2008 after he received his degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Northeastern University. Starting in the organization as a recruiter in Roth Staffing’s Corporate office, while developing a business plan for the launch of Ledgent Technology.

Brett launched Ledgent Technology in 2009, a specialized business line focused the placement of IT professionals. He served as Director of Ledgent Technology for four years, expanding the business line’s footprint into new markets. In 2013, Brett was promoted to Vice President of Ledgent Technology, overseeing all the business line’s branches and continued growth throughout the U.S. In 2018, Brett was again promoted to Senior Vice President of Roth Staffing Companies where he continues to lead Ledgent Technology and spearheads many companywide initiatives that improve service and communications to both Ambassadors and clients. Specifically, his role in launching the Roth Staffing Service Values allows the company to continually provide the best Ambassador experience in the industry which is validated by ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Talent Award and several recognitions throughout the years on the Staffing Industry Analyst list of Best Staffing Firms to Temp For. In 2020, Brett expanded his responsibilities beyond field sales and recruitment to oversee both corporate marketing, training and development, and the talent engagement teams.

Adam Roth

As CEO of one of the largest staffing firms in the U.S., Adam Roth is also the architect behind one of the best coworker engagement programs in the industry. Ranking #1 in 2022 by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Best Places to Work, and consistently ranking over the years on Inc.’s Best Workplaces and Fortune’s Best Workplaces for Women, Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services and Best Workplaces for Millennials among other accolades, Roth Staffing is home to some of the happiest employees in the nation. This achievement is made more impressive by the fact that Roth Staffing is one of the largest staffing firms in the nation, spanning from California to Washington, D.C.  

Under Adam’s leadership, all of Roth Staffing’s business lines have each individually earned year after year ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing awards in both the Client and Talent categories. The American Business Awards honored Adam with the 2018 Gold Stevie Award for Executive of the Year in the Business Services category and SIA inducted him into the Hall of Fame as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Staffing in addition to being named on their 40 Under 40 list. 

Adam makes community giving a central part of the company, serving in past years on the executive board of the American Heart Association Heart Walk in Orange County and acting as Chair in 2018, which was the most successful fundraiser in the event’s history. In addition to the company’s ongoing partnership with the AHA, in 2019 Adam established a new partnership with the Make-A-Wish foundation, and partnerships with INROADS, Feeding America, and Adopt-a-Pet.com in 2021. 

Adam joined Roth Staffing after earning his bachelor’s degree from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. He founded the Adams & Martin Group legal staffing line and acted as President of the business line for four years. Adam then served as Chief Administrative Officer before being promoted to President and COO in 2008.   

Adam has been serving as CEO of Roth Staffing since 2016. 

Ben Roth

Ben Roth is an industry leader who has historically been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of Staffing’s 100 Most Influential People. After being an executive leader of a large national staffing organization for more than a decade, he left the industry, but never stopped thinking about how much better a staffing company could be if it truly put the needs of the candidates at the forefront and make doing the right thing always the compass for how business was conducted. He continuously thought about how the industry could be reinvented and set out to launch Roth Staffing Companies in 1994. He opened the doors to one small office in Newport Beach, CA. His desire to create a company that was different and better, combined with fulfilling broader social responsibilities, led to unprecedented growth.

When he started the company, Ben figured he had three choices: to change with the industry, to remain constant and get left behind, or to lead and change the industry. For Ben, the third choice was the only option. In 1999, Roth Staffing was ranked by Inc. Magazine as the #1 fastest growing privately held company in the United States, growing 20,332% over a four-year period. Ben has been recognized by Ernst & Young as “Entrepreneur of the Year” for business services. The company has gone on to earn multiple awards including a decade of being recognized as a Best Staffing Firms to Work For by Staffing Industry Analysts, earning ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® recognition with both the Client and Talent Awards, and multiple recognitions by Fortune and Inc. on their Best Workplaces rankings.

Ben authored Roth Staffing’s Mission, Vision, Values, Purpose and Promise, creating the soul of Roth Staffing, which is believed by many to be the very best culture in the staffing industry. Ben is also known as an innovator who pioneered programs that have shaped the industry. This may be best exemplified with the “On-Premise” staffing model, which he introduced to the industry in the early 1990s. Today, nearly one-third of the total global staffing spend flows through this type of staffing structure. He also created the Ambassador Program®, which significantly increases the engagement of Ambassadors on assignment and enables us to fulfill the Roth Promise for our customers. Now, 25 years after founding Roth Staffing, Ben is an active voice in shaping strategic goals and championing the company’s core philosophies as the organization continues to innovate and grow into the future.
