Bardia Moshrefnoory

Bardia Moshrefnoory joined Roth Staffing Companies in 2008 as a Jr. Developer.  Today, as the VP of Software Engineering, Bardia not only oversees a very talented group of software developers, engineers, and architects, but is an invaluable resource and mentor for Roth Staffing Companies. His teams have built award winning applications ranging from video interviewing to timecard management to mobile apps to state-of-the-art job boards. In 2013, Bardia won the Gold “Stevie” award as the Product Developer of the Year.

Bardia takes great pride in helping others grow and the loyalty, success, and shear breadth of knowledge his team has achieved is a testament to his leadership. He and his teams believe in continuous learning and they apply that knowledge to their products. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a degree Computer Science, Bardia has also taken on a position at his alma mater, teaching one of the senior project classes.

Samantha Cabot

Described by many she has worked with over the years as a hands-on, fun, genuine and authentic leader, Samantha Cabot believes building strong relationships is a top priority which made her a natural fit for Roth Staffing Companies’ culture. With 25 years of marketing experience specifically in the staffing industry, Samantha joined Roth Staffing in December 2020 as their Vice President of Marketing, in which she oversees a mid-sized award-winning department of marketing professionals and is directly responsible for developing comprehensive marketing and internal communication strategies for the company and their five specialized business lines, Ultimate Staffing, Ledgent Finance & Accounting, Ledgent Technology, Adams & Martin Group, and About Talent.

Previously working for a global staffing firm, Samantha began her career as a recruiter in the busy Los Angeles market. Enjoying what she was doing and the impact that it was making, she quickly shifted gears to take advantage of her love of storytelling to grow within the marketing department where she flourished during her tenure, taking on increasing levels of responsibility for the company leaving as their Director of Field Marketing for the U.S and additional oversight of both corporate social media and sales enablement and strategic alliances and events.

Samantha graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Long Beach.

Mimi Taylor

Mimi Taylor is the Senior Vice President and CFO of Roth Staffing Companies, where she plays a key role in the strategic direction of the organization. Mimi oversees several departments including Accounting, Finance, Credit & Collections, and Payroll. Mimi is responsible for the efficiency of the company’s financial processes where she and her team stay focused on the company’s Purpose to make life better for Roth Staffing’s coworkers, customers, Ambassadors, and business partners.

Mimi’s appreciation for Roth Staffing’s workplace culture inspired her to join the company in 2014 after 10 years as CFO of a large petroleum distribution organization, where she was named Private Company CFO of the Year (2007). Mimi’s 30+ years of accounting and finance experience include a background in several industries, including insurance, distribution, and manufacturing. Her expertise is in large to mid-sized privately held multi-company/division enterprises, with a focus on strategic planning, capital management, operational efficiencies, mergers/acquisitions, IT, and corporate tax. A proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Mimi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Robert Hankin

Robert Hankin brings more than 30 years of programming and technology expertise to his role as Senior Vice President of IT at Roth Staffing Companies. Robert sets the company’s technology policies and priorities, as well as overseeing the company’s information systems, project management, development and IT operations and support teams. Robert joined Roth Staffing Companies in late 1999, initially as Director of MIS. During his tenure he has reduced technology costs, increased productivity through process automation, and enhanced data gathering functions. Robert and his teams have played an integral role in making life better for Roth Staffing’s coworkers, Ambassadors, and customers by developing and implementing industry-leading technologies, including VideoSelect™, Expedite® and our ATS and CRM systems, as well as facilitating our digital and remote work transformations.

Robert earned degrees in Computer Science and MIS from both Florida State University and Florida International University. In his ongoing support of education, Robert joined the Advisory Board of the Department of Computer Engineering and Computer Science at California State University, Long Beach in 2012 whose goal is to keep curricula responsive to the needs of the community. In 2014, Robert was recognized as IT Executive of the Year winning a Silver “Stevie” by the American Business Awards and based upon his ongoing department leadership his team was recognized in 2017 with a Bronze “Stevie” for both IT Department of the Year and Solutions Provider of the Year and in 2019 a Bronze “Stevie” for Support Team of the Year. Robert is also an active volunteer advising and mentoring small businesses on their IT direction and is a periodic guest speaker in university classrooms and technology events.

Jennifer Simonson

Jennifer Jech Simonson joined Roth Staffing companies in 2004 and serves companies’ Senior Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing the organization’s Legal, Human Resources, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Risk Management functions. On the legal side, Jennifer spearheads the development, implementation, and revision of the policies and practices that ensure compliance with the myriad federal, state, and local laws across all the states and jurisdictions where Roth Staffing and its clients do business. She also manages the company’s litigation, contract processes, and employment law issues. On the human resources front, Jennifer is responsible for the delivery of Roth Staffing’s innovative programs and strategic HR initiatives for both its full-time and temporary employees, including hands-on, centralized management of employee relations issues for the company’s temporary workforce.

Prior to joining Roth Staffing, Jennifer represented employers and management as an employment and business litigator for seven years. She represented clients in both federal and state courts in a variety of employment and labor relations matters. Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from UCLA and her juris doctor from UC Berkeley. She was awarded a Gold “Stevie” by the American Business Awards as Human Resources Executive of the Year in 2015 and a Silver “Stevie” in 2018.

Kristi Kennedy

Having a successful and growing career in the staffing industry for more than 30 years, Kristi Kennedy Lahiff joined Roth Staffing in as a Senior Vice President in 2009. While serving on our senior leadership team that creates and executes the strategies that make Roth Staffing the industry leader it is, Kristi directly oversees with her executive leadership all regional staffing operations for our Midwest, West Central and Southeast markets.

A graduate from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration. Kristi’s career began when she joined a large national staffing firm and worked her way up through the organization, earning the role of Regional Vice President. She later served as Senior Vice President of Field Operations for a large national staffing company, responsible for driving growth and profitability for all branch and strategic account operations.

At Roth Staffing, Kristi is legendary as a source of enthusiasm and energy. She is credited as the creator of our coworker engagement Roth Recess program and inspires all those around her to not only drive performance but have fun while excelling! Kristi’s wealth of experience and success on both the commercial branch side of the staffing industry, as well as strategic enterprise partnerships, helps to create remarkable experiences every day for our clients, Ambassadors, and coworkers.

Julie Hagan-Belka

With a successful career working with clients and candidates in the accounting & finance staffing field since 1996,

Julie Hagan-Belka joined Roth Staffing Companies in 2004 as an Area Manager for our specialized business line Ledgent Finance and Accounting, overseeing branch locations in Sacramento and Las Vegas, and starting up branches in the Bay Area. In 2005, she was promoted to Regional Manager and grew her region to one of the most successful in the company. Based upon her continued success, Julie was promoted in 2007 to oversee Ledgent across the U.S. Then in 2010, Julie was named Senior Vice President for Roth Staffing’s professional lines of business including, Ledgent, Ledgent Technology, Ultimate Staffing, and our legal business line Adams & Martin Group.

A beloved leader, Julie’s strong drive along with her warm and fun management style has contributed to the increased engagement of coworkers throughout the organization. Julie has been quoted as saying, “Our coworkers, myself included, are excited to come to work each day and be a part of something that is so special and unique in our industry. We have found a way to strike a balance between flexibility and results, and our coworker engagement has soared.”

Additionally, Julie is an active member of the Sacramento-Rancho Cordova area community in which she resides including Chairperson for Easter Seals of Superior California, Vice President of the Cordova Community Council and Co-Founder of the Rancho Cordova Community Golf Classic which beginning in 2016 has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to various organizations throughout the community.

Pam Sexauer

Joining Roth Staffing Companies in March 1998, Pam opened the Northern California market as a Regional Manager for Ultimate Staffing Services and rapidly displayed the ability to grow our business while embodying the ideals of our company. Pam knows how to infuse energy and lay the foundation for friendly, caring, knowledgeable and trustworthy teams. She has been developing staffing partnerships and actively engaging the minds of those she works with for 40 years. Pam is an integral part of the organization’s history and success.

In 2006, Pam was named President of Ultimate Staffing Services, our business line focused on delivering quality administrative, office, customer service, HR, sales, manufacturing & production talent, and managed services. She was promoted to Senior Vice President of Roth Staffing Companies in 2010, where she was responsible for overseeing branch, market, and regional operations for our two largest lines of business in designated U.S. markets. In 2012, Pam was named Executive Vice President of Roth Staffing and in 2022, Pam was named President. In this role, Pam oversees all of Roth Staffing’s field operations under her executive leadership, creating synergy across business lines and greater communication among all regions in the U.S.

In 2016, Pam was recognized for her achievements by receiving a Gold “Stevie” Award from the American Business Awards for their Women Executive of the Year. Additionally, Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) recognized Pam on their Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list for 2022 and 2023.

Pam’s indefatigable energy, caring and drive to everything she does and enlivens the Roth culture every day.
