Bardia Moshrefnoory

Bardia Moshrefnoory joined Roth Staffing Companies in 2008 as a Jr. Developer and has grown into one of the organization’s most influential technology leaders. Today, as Vice President of Software Engineering, he oversees a highly skilled team of developers, engineers, and architects while serving as an invaluable resource and mentor across the company.

Under Bardia’s leadership, his team has built award-winning applications spanning video interviewing, timecard management, mobile solutions, and state‑of‑the‑art job boards. His innovative approach and product excellence were nationally recognized in 2013 when he received the Gold Stevie® Award for Product Developer of the Year.

Bardia takes immense pride in developing people as much as products. The loyalty, success, and breadth of expertise within his team reflects his commitment to continuous learning, collaborative problem-solving, and thoughtful leadership. He and his teams embrace a philosophy of constant improvement, applying new knowledge and technologies to create solutions that make life better for Roth coworkers, Ambassadors, and customers.

A graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Computer Science, Bardia has remained closely connected to his alma mater. He previously contributed to CSULB’s senior project program, offering guidance and mentorship to emerging software engineers—support he now brings to his role at Roth Staffing.

Samantha Cabot

Described by colleagues as a hands-on, fun, genuine, and authentic leader, Samantha Cabot believes that building strong relationships is essential to successful leadership, a philosophy that makes her a natural fit within Roth Staffing Companies’ culture. With nearly 30 years of staffing industry experience, Samantha joined Roth Staffing in December 2020 as Vice President of Marketing. She leads a midsized, award winning team of marketing professionals and is responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing and internal communication strategies for the company and its five specialized business lines: Ultimate Staffing, Ledgent Finance & Accounting, Ledgent Technology, Adams & Martin Group, and About Talent.

Under her leadership, the department has strengthened brand recognition across the nation and received a Silver Stevie® Award in the American Business Awards for Marketing and Brand Refresh in 2023. Samantha has also been honored internally as part of Roth Staffing’s Chairman’s Club for Top Performers in both 2021 and 2023, reflecting her consistent contributions to the company’s culture and success.

Samantha began her career as a recruiter in the fast-paced Los Angeles market with a global staffing firm. Inspired by the meaningful impact of the work, she transitioned into marketing to pursue her passion for storytelling. Over her tenure, she took on roles of increasing responsibility and served as Director of Field Marketing for the U.S., with additional oversight of corporate social media, sales enablement, strategic alliances, and national events.

A committed supporter of community causes, Samantha is a longtime donor to the American Red Cross, a mentor through Girls Inc. of Orange County’s annual externship program, and an active volunteer with local food banks and other charitable efforts.

Samantha earned her bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Long Beach.

Mimi Taylor

Mimi Taylor is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Roth Staffing Companies, where she plays a vital role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction. She oversees Accounting, Finance, Credit & Collections, and Payroll, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement of the company’s financial processes. Guided by Roth Staffing’s Purpose to make life better for coworkers, customers, Ambassadors, and business partners, Mimi and her team bring both operational discipline and a strong service-oriented mindset to the organization.

Inspired by Roth Staffing’s award‑winning workplace culture, Mimi joined the company in 2014 after a decade as CFO of a large petroleum distribution organization, where she was recognized as Private Company CFO of the Year (2007). With 40 years of experience in accounting and finance, Mimi has worked across a diverse range of industries, including insurance, distribution, and manufacturing. Her expertise includes leading large to midsized privately held, multicompany enterprises with emphasis in strategic planning, capital management, operational efficiencies, mergers and acquisitions, IT integration, and corporate tax.

Highly respected within the finance community, Mimi is known for her collaborative approach and passion for developing fellow professionals. She is actively involved with Financial Executives International and has been consistently honored as an Orange County Business Journal CFO of the Year and Women in Business nominee for her contributions to the profession and business community.

A proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Mimi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Robert Hankin

Robert Hankin brings more than 30 years of programming and technology expertise to his role as Senior Vice President of IT at Roth Staffing Companies. Robert sets the company’s technology policies and priorities, as well as overseeing the company’s information systems, project management, development and IT operations and support teams. Robert joined Roth Staffing Companies in late 1999, initially as Director of MIS. During his tenure he has reduced technology costs, increased productivity through process automation, and enhanced data gathering functions. Robert and his teams have played an integral role in making life better for Roth Staffing’s coworkers, Ambassadors, and customers by developing and implementing industry-leading technologies, including VideoSelect™, Expedite® and our ATS and CRM systems, as well as facilitating our digital and remote work transformations.

Robert earned degrees in Computer Science and MIS from both Florida State University and Florida International University. In his ongoing support of education, Robert joined the Advisory Board of the Department of Computer Engineering and Computer Science at California State University, Long Beach in 2012 whose goal is to keep curricula responsive to the needs of the community. In 2014, Robert was recognized as IT Executive of the Year winning a Silver “Stevie” by the American Business Awards and based upon his ongoing department leadership his team was recognized in 2017 with a Bronze “Stevie” for both IT Department of the Year and Solutions Provider of the Year and in 2019 a Bronze “Stevie” for Support Team of the Year. Robert is also an active volunteer advising and mentoring small businesses on their IT direction and is a periodic guest speaker in university classrooms and technology events.

Jennifer Simonson

Jennifer Jech Simonson joined Roth Staffing Companies in 2004 and currently serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing the company’s Legal, Human Resources, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Risk Management functions. In her role as the organization’s chief legal advisor, Jennifer leads the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of policies and practices that ensure full compliance with the complex framework of federal, state, and local laws governing Roth Staffing’s nationwide operations. She also manages all litigation, contract processes, and employment law issues, ensuring the company and its clients are protected and well supported.

On the Human Resources front, Jennifer is responsible for delivering Roth Staffing’s innovative HR programs and strategic initiatives for both full-time coworkers and the organization’s extensive temporary workforce. She oversees centralized employee relations for temporary employees, ensuring that Roth Staffing’s values, culture of care, and standards of excellence extend to every Ambassador assignment.

Before joining Roth Staffing, Jennifer spent seven years representing employers and management as an employment and business litigator. She practiced in both federal and state courts, handling a broad range of employment law, labor relations, and business litigation matters.

Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from UCLA and her Juris Doctor from UC Berkeley School of Law. Her leadership and impact have earned national recognition, including a Gold Stevie® Award from the American Business Awards for Human Resources Executive of the Year in 2015 and a Silver Stevie® Award in 2018.

Kristi Kennedy

With more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience in the staffing industry, Kristi Kennedy Lahiff joined Roth Staffing Companies in 2009 as a Senior Vice President. A key member of the senior leadership team responsible for shaping and executing the strategies that position Roth Staffing as an industry leader, Kristi provides executive oversight of all regional staffing operations across the Midwest, West Central, and Southeast markets.

Kristi is a proud graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration. She began her career with a large national staffing firm, rising through the ranks to become Regional Vice President. She later served as Senior Vice President of Field Operations for another major national staffing organization, where she was responsible for driving growth and profitability across branch operations and strategic enterprise accounts.

In 2024, Kristi was entrusted with leading Roth Staffing’s sales enablement strategy. In this capacity, she oversees the development and implementation of the tools, insights, processes, and strategic programs that empower sales teams, accelerate revenue growth, and elevate the experience for both the field sales teams and customers.

At Roth Staffing, Kristi is legendary for her boundless enthusiasm, energy, and ability to inspire. She is the visionary behind the company’s beloved coworker engagement initiative, Roth Recess, and is known for cultivating environments where high performance and fun go hand in hand. Her deep experience across both commercial branch operations and strategic enterprise partnerships enables her to consistently drive remarkable experiences for clients, Ambassadors, and coworkers alike.

Julie Hagan-Belka

With a successful career in professional staffing since 1996, Julie Hagan-Belka joined Roth Staffing Companies in 2004 as an Area Manager for Ledgent Finance & Accounting. In this role, she oversaw branches in Sacramento and Las Vegas while also launching new branches in Northern California. Her strong leadership and business acumen quickly became evident, and in 2005 she was promoted to Regional Manager, growing her region into one of the highest performing in the company.

Building on this success, Julie was promoted in 2007 to oversee Ledgent Finance & Accounting across the U.S. In 2010, she was elevated to Senior Vice President for Roth Staffing’s professional lines of business—including Ledgent Finance & Accounting, Ledgent Technology, and the company’s legal business line, Adams & Martin Group.

A beloved and inspiring leader, Julie blends a strong drive for results with a warm, fun, and approachable management style that resonates throughout the organization. Her leadership has significantly increased coworker engagement. Julie has said, “Our coworkers, including me, are excited to come to work each day and be a part of something that is so special and unique in our industry. We have found a way to strike a balance between flexibility and results, and our coworker engagement has soared.”
Based in the Greater Sacramento area, Julie is deeply committed to the Rancho Cordova community where she grew up and still lives nearby with her husband and four rescue dogs. She enjoys leveraging her leadership strength by serving on numerous boards, the Cordova Community Council ( previous Vice President), Easter Seals of Superior California (past Chairman), and Rancho Cordova Food Locker (Vice President). She founded the Hometown Heroes Award for the Rancho Cordova Rotary Foundation and, alongside her husband, created the Rancho Cordova Community Golf Classic in 2016, an event that has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for organizations such as the Rancho Cordova Food Locker, the Cordova Community Council, Rancho Cordova Police Activities League, Easter Seals of Superior California and many others.

In 2024, Julie was honored by the Cordova Community Council as Rancho Cordovan of the Year, recognizing her extraordinary impact and longstanding commitment to the community she proudly serves.

Pam Sexauer

Pam joined Roth Staffing Companies in March 1998, opening the Northern California market as a Regional Manager for Ultimate Staffing Services. From the beginning, she demonstrated exceptional leadership and a remarkable ability to grow the business while embodying the company’s core values.

With over 40 years of staffing industry experience, Pam has an extraordinary talent for infusing energy into every team she leads, creating environments rooted in friendliness, caring, knowledge, and trust. She has built enduring staffing partnerships and inspired the minds and careers of countless coworkers, making her an essential part of Roth Staffing’s history and success.
In 2006, Pam was named President of Ultimate Staffing Services, Roth Staffing’s specialized business line focused on administrative, office, customer service, HR, sales, manufacturing & production talent, and managed services. She was promoted to Senior Vice President of Roth Staffing Companies in 2010, where she oversaw branch, market, and regional operations for the company’s two largest business lines across major U.S. markets.

In 2012, Pam was named Executive Vice President, taking on oversight of all field operations and driving alignment and constructive collaboration across business lines and geographies. Her strategic leadership strengthened communication, improved collaboration, and advanced operational excellence nationwide.

In 2022, Pam was elevated to President of Roth Staffing Companies, reflecting her profound impact on the organization and her continued role in shaping the company’s culture, strategy, and nationwide success.
Pam’s achievements have earned significant industry recognition, including the Gold Stevie® Award for Women Executive of the Year from the American Business Awards in 2016, and consistent accolades since 2022 on SIA’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list.
